Only reads what League already exposes.

Oraculum uses the official League Client API — a local endpoint Riot provides on your machine during champion select. It reads no game memory, injects no code, and sends nothing to external servers during a match.

Counter data is fetched from third-party stat sites before the game begins. Nothing is read, modified, or transmitted during gameplay.
